Dr. Arifur Rahman is the Chairman of SPA. He is a distinguished physician who graduated from Dhaka Medical College and has been professionally active in Saudi Arabia for 35 years. His visionary skills have made him one of the main advisors and physician to the royal family of Saudi Arabia. He played a key role in establishing employment of millions of Bangladeshi workers worldwide. He founded two renowned companies enlisted in Dhaka Stock Exchange. He was the founding Vice-Chairman of Premier Bank and a founding director of Samorita Hospital. He founded industries such as synthetic shoe factory, PPR/CPVC pipe factory, GCC approved diagnostics center and many charitable organizations.
Kazi Mafuzul Haque
Vice Chairman
Kazi Mafuzul Haque is the Vice Chairman of SPA. He is also a Director of Omron Health Care, Bangladesh Ltd. and Advisor to many multinational corporations. . He is founding Chairman of Bay Seafood Industry Ltd. Khulna. He is a successful entrepreneur and a philanthropist.
Dewan Md. Abu Zahid
General Secretary
Mr. Zahid is the Secretary of SPA. He graduated from Dhaka University in Sociology in 1996. He also did M.Sc. Political science from Dhaka College. He has a BUMS degree in Unani medicine and Surgery. He also did a 3yrs Diploma in General Medicine. He is currently a General Medicine practitioner for 21+ years.
Ayesha Labiba Khalil

Mrs. Ayesha is a member of the Executive Board of SPA. She was a lecturer in the Dept. of Architecture at BRAC University. She has a MS in Building and Urban Design from University College London. She is a researcher in migration and rehabilitation and did internship with IOM-UN in Geneva.
Choudhury Firoz Mahmud

Mr. Mahmud is a member of the Executive Board of SPA. He is the founder of Nandonik, a leading firm for Architectural and Interior Design. Mr. Mahmud holds a BS in Architecture from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
Ikbal Hossain Uzzal
Joint Secretary
Mr. Ikbal Hossain is the Joint Secretary of SPA Executive Committee. After completing his graduation, he has been serving as a Regional Director of Jubo Unnayan Institution (a nationwide institute for youth development) in Kamrangirchar. In 2010, he founded IT ZONE, an IT training institute. He completed an Application Developing Course from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
Dr. Salma S. Rahman-

Dr. Salma S. Rahman is a member of the Executive Board of SPA. She graduated from Chittagong Medical College in 1998 and worked at St. Vincent Hospital, Portland, Oregon. She was part of a team of doctors that provided hospice care in Clackamas. She participated at Educational Awareness Program sponsored by CAREOREGON to educate women on health issues. She volunteered at a Family medical Centre in Beaverton and took part in outreach programs for the under-privileged community in Lake Oswego.
Md. Abul Hasanat

Mr. Hasanat is a successful entrepreneur and a philanthropist.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Dr. Shaheed is the Executive Director of SPA. He is also the founder of Always On Network Bangladesh. Dr. Shaheed worked as a R&D engineer with Intel, USA for 12 years. Dr. Shaheed is the author of 15 journal and conference papers and owns five US patents on strained-Si transistors and process technologies. His current research involves Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning and Blockchain technologies. Dr. Shaheed completed BS, MS and PhD. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, in 1988, 1990 and 1995 respectively.
